Heidi Glickman brings more than 20 years of learning and talent management experience to Gogo — where she is responsible for growing the talent needed to enable the business strategy. At Gogo, Glickman oversees all talent management practices, including on-boarding, learning and training, leadership development, engagement, recognition, performance management and succession planning. She cares deeply about employees and their personal and professional growth, and the organizational performance that results when ongoing learning is embedded in the culture.
Previously, Glickman led organizational development, analytics and HR systems at IDEXX Laboratories. Before this, Glickman was an executive coach and held a number of learning and development leadership roles at MassMutual, Wal-Mart and other organizations.
Glickman holds an master’s and doctorate in industrial and organizational psychology from Alliant International University, and as a life-long learner is also working toward her master’s in business administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
